Veggieballs

Ingredients:

250 gr chickpeas (already cooked)
1 big sweet potatoe
Oats
Olive Oil
Pepper
Salt

Method:

While the potatoe is boling, mix the chickpeas with a mixer till they become a kind of cream. Add olive oil, pepper and salt. Then, when the potatoe is soft, cut it and smash it and mix together with the other ingredients. Add oats till the consistency of the mixture is quite compact.

With a spoon divide the dough in semi-balls then put everything in oven for 20-30 min, 190C. The time depends actually on the type of consistency that you want. I made them a bit crispy on the outside.

Aaaaand enjoy!

Of course feel free to add any spices you want, I beleive there are many spices combinations which could match with this taste!
