Coconut Brownies

Ingredients:

170 gr wholmeal flour
60 gr desiccated coconut flour
200 ml coconut milk
2 seed oil
150 ml soy milk
10 gr baking powder
Pinch of salt

Method:

In a bowl mix all the liquid ingredients with a pich of salt. Then add the flowers and baking powder previously sifted. Blend everything together, pour the mixture in an oven pan and insert it in the oven at 180C for 40 minutes.

Enjoy! Matches perfectly with a warm drink 😉

  3. This is great. I can’t believe it’s such a simple recipe. I wonder if 2 seed oil could be replaced with coconut?

    1. Oh thanks! Yes, it’s super easy! I’m pretty sure there’s no difference if you replace the seed oil with the coconut one 😉
