Strawberry Mousse (Gluten & Lactose Free)

As I already told you I unfortunately discovered not only to be celiac but also lactose, corn and rice intolerant! Yes, it’s a tough life…especially when it comes to cakes or bread.

Buttt there’s always a way to find alternative solutions and lately I’m trying and experimenting recipes with new ingredients I didn’t even know the existence about it before!

Here’s a recipe of a really tasty, super easy and not heavy at all dessert  Strawberry Mousse

Hope you’ll like it!

150 gr Strawberries (you can use any kind of fruit though, blueberries, peaches…whatever you fancy!)
40 gr brown sugar
50 gr soy yoghurt
100 gr soy cream cheese

Blend the strawberries with the sugar. Then add the other ingredients and mix till the mixture is uniform. Divide it into little bowls and keep them in the fridge for 1/2 hours!

You can simply serve them like this or with little biscuits to eat together.

Super simple right?! Let me know if you try it!

Of course both the yoghurt and the cheese can be substitute with the normal diary version! 😉
