6 Minutes? Is it even possible to put the ingredients together? Well…yes! 🙂
Today I’m sharing with you one of my favourite breakfast-food, totally gluten-free, lacotse-free and with no added sugars! Oh and it’s also very quick to make so perfect for people who in the morning are always in a rush but don’t want to skip breakfast! 😉
1 banana (the more mature, the better)
A fistful of raisins (or other types of dried fruit of your choice or chocolate chips)
Chia seeds (or any other kind of seeds or none if you don’t use them)
Put all the ingredients together in a little ceramic bowl (or even mug if you’d like! )
Then, start mixing everything and smashing coarsely the banana with a fork. The final dough should look more or less like this:
Put the bowl in the microwave at it’s maximum power for 5 minutes anddd…
…your breakfast is ready!
As you can see is very very simple to make and, as written on the ingredients part, you can “play” with the ingredients by making different versions of it!
