Palm Vaults has been on my “To try in London” list for a veeeery long time. I initially discovered this little but very cute cafè via their Instagram Page and as soon as I looked at their gallery I felt in love with its style!
The main reason why I postponed my visit there is the fact that it’s not located in central London but in Hackney. To get there though, despite I had to take 2 tubes and the overground it hasn’t take much time (less than 30 minutes from Victoria Station).
Once you get to Palm Vaults, you’ll have that “Instagram picture feeling” (haha sorry I don’t know a best way to describe it!) that will make your travel there worth it! Luckily the waiting time to have a table wasn’t long at all despite it seemed quite busy.
The interior decoration is all around light pink and green colors that will make you feel in a cafè in LA for a sec (not a bad feeling, right?). The main decorations are plants and flowers which make the whole environment very neat and cozy.
But let’s talk about the main character of the day: food! The menu offers a wide range of choices, mainly for breakfast, brunch and tea time. I believe their specialties though are the lattes: there are so many unique tastes! Oh, and Vegan and gluten free options are available as well.
I was there with two friends and we were all happy with our choices. Even though I must say that their sandwiches weren’t very filling since the size wasn’t too big but the taste was satisfying.
My Blueberry Acai Bowl, on the other hand, was veeery fullfilling and amazing. I must specify though that the redvelvet almond latte was my favourite.
Overall, prices are prices are on average, actually less than some cafes in central London so for this it compensate the price you’d pay for the travel 🙂
Are you also a cute-cafè hunter? Have you ever been to Pal Vaults? I’d love to hear your experience?
